Three Bean Chilli

400g tin mixed beans, drained + rinsed (I used cannellini, flageolet & adzuki)
400g tin chopped tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large carrot, finely diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 red chilli, sliced
Veg stock cube
salt to taste
2 Tbsp agave syrup
2tsp ground cumin
2tsp ground coriander
1...put all ingredients in a large pan and bring to the boil
2...simmer for 45mins.
